critical INCR that I was issued in my previous project was the grounding cable
that was pulled from NGR to the Transformer, which is 120mm2 and the vendor
recommendation of NGR is 400mm2 The root cause Engineering was not anticipated
the vendor requirements and/or vendor recommendation for the grounding size and
requirements as per project specification and standard.
