·   Drivers shall maintain a maximum of mandated  speed while in plant  and shall be significantly reduce if situation demands
·   Drivers shall take extra precaution when turning on corners and blind spots, speed must be reduce on these areas
·   Drivers and operators shall be good and possess valid SAG license and certificate.
·    Transportation of radioactive material shall be in accordance with SAEP-370 and SAEP-1141.
·   Radiation sources shall not be transported in vehicles at speeds exceeding 90 km/h.
·   Transport vehicles shall be properly equipped for transporting radiation sources per SAEP-1141.
·   Radioactive sources shall be transport by approved NDT company

·   Mandatory PPE requirements include coverall, safety shoes, hand protection, safety glass, and hard hat.

·   All work crew shall undergone work at heights training, when working above 1.8 meters height safety harness must be worn.
·   Work only on approved and tagged scaffold platform,100 % tie-off if required
·   Task supervisor shall ensure only color coded and inspected manual lifting equipments like rope, pulleys and material bag will be utilized.
·   Secure all tools by lashing them with rope to prevent from falling.
·   Never leave platforms with loose materials, conduct housekeeping in daily basis.

·    Protective measures in the form of engineering and administrative controls and personal protective equipment (PPE) shall be used to ensure that no individual is exposed to radiation in excess of the prescribed dose limit.
·   Task supervisor shall ensure area has been properly controlled areas with barricaded and radiation warning signs shall be posted.
·   Standby man shall control the unauthorized access areas (high radiation areas)
·   Task supervisor shall ensure appropriate lighting has been provided to the whole controlled area when radiographic work is performed at night. The use of flashlights or other hand-held battery operated lights alone is not permitted as it is insufficient
