நிகழ்ச்சிகளை காணும் வண்ணம் தூண்களே இல்லாத பெரிய அரங்க மண்டபம் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அரங்க மேடையின் நடுவே திருவள்ளுவரின் வண்ண ஓவியமும், இடதுபுறத்தில் சங்கப் புலவர்கள் அதங்கோட்டாசான் திருவுருவப்படமும், வலதுபுறத்தில் தொல்காப்பியர் திருவுருவப் படமும் அழகுக்கு அணி சேர்க்கின்றன.




















சிற்பத்தேர் மற்றும் குறள் விளக்க சிற்பங்கள்

திருவாரூர்த் தேரையே சென்னை மாநகருக்கு கொண்டு வந்தது போல் வள்ளுவர் கோட்டத்திற்கு மணிமுடி வைத்தாற்போல் காண்போர் கண்ணையும் கருத்தையும் கவர்ந்து உயர்ந்து நிற்பது சிற்பத் தேராகும். இதன் உயரம் தரையிலிருந்து 100 அடி. இதன் உச்சியில் மகுடம் போல் அமைந்துள்ள கருங்கல் கலயத்தின் உயரம் 5 அடியாகும். கலயத்திற்கு கீழே உள்ள தேரின் கூரைப் பகுதியில் வண்ணம் தீட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது.

பெரியதும், சிறியதுமாக தேரின் பக்கத்திற்கு நான்கு சக்கரங்கள் ஒவ்வொன்றும் ஒரே கல்லால் ஆனது. பெரிய சக்கரத்தின் குறுக்களவு 11 1/2 அடி, பருமன் 1 1/4 அடி 10 அங்குலம், சிறிய சக்கரத்தின் குறுக்களவு 5 அடி 8 அங்குலம், பருமன் ¾ அடியாகும்.

இத்தேரை 7 அடி உயரமுள்ள 2 யானைகள் இழுப்பதைப் போன்று வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இத்தேரின் பீடப்பகுதிக்கும், கீழே அடிப்பக்கம் 25 அடி சதுர அடி வடிவில் 30 அடி உயரத்திற்கு எழுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதை சுற்றிலும் 133 அதிகாரங்களிலும் ஒவ்வொரு அதிகாரங்களிலும் ஒரு குறள் தேர்வு செய்து அதனை விளக்கும் அடிப்படையில் 133 அழகிய சிற்பக் காட்சிகளும் செதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

கருவறையின் இருபகுதியில் 2 அடி உயரமுள்ள பீடத்தின் மேலே முப்பாலைக்

 குறிக்கும் வண்ணம் மூன்று விரல்களை உயர்த்திய நிலையில் 7 அடி உயரமுள்ள ஒளிமிக்க கருங்கல்லாலான திருவள்ளுவர் சிலை அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அந்த சமயத்தில் காலம் என்கிற எமனாக வரும் சமுத்திரகனியிடம் கெஞ்சி 90 நாட்கள் உயிரோடு இருக்க வரம் பெற்று மீண்டும் அவருடன் சென்னைக்கு பயணிக்கிறார். தான் இல்லை என்றால் எதுவும் வீட்டில் இயங்காது என்று மமதையுடன் இருக்கும் தம்பிராமையாவிற்கு காலம் வேறு திசையில் பயணிக்க வைக்கிறது. ஜெனரல் மேனேஜர் பதவிக்கு ஆசைப்பட, அது நிறைவேறாமல் போகிறது. மகள் காதல் திருமணம் செய்ய வீட்டை விட்டு வெளியேறுகிறார், வெளிநாட்டில் வேலை செய்யும் மகன் வேலை இழந்து தனது காதலியுடன் வீட்டிற்கு வருகிறார். மனைவியின் உடல் நலம் பாதிக்கப்பட, வெளிநாட்டிற்கு சென்று சிகிச்சை பெற வேண்டிய சூழல் ஏற்படுகிறது.இதனால் அதிர்ச்சியடையும் தம்பி ராமையா அனைத்து பிரச்னைகளையும் 90 நாட்களில் சரி செய்தாரா? இறுதியில் நடந்தது என்ன? என்பதே மீதிக்கதை.

1. Understanding Variations in EPC Contracts

Definition:

A variation refers to any change in the design, scope, specifications, quantities, sequencing, or timeframes of work compared to the original contract.

Causes of Variations in EPC Contracts:

Employer’s Changes – Design modifications, scope adjustments, or additional works requested by the employer.

Unforeseen Conditions – Geological, environmental, or site conditions differing from contract assumptions.

Regulatory Changes – Compliance with new laws, permits, or authority requirements.

Errors & Omissions – Inadequate design or missing details in the employer’s specifications.

Force Majeure & Other Events – Delays or cost impacts due to external, unforeseeable events.

கொழுப்பை குறைக்கும் உணவுகள் !! ஒரு தவகள்..

 

கொலஸ்டிரால் இருக்கிறது என்றால் உடனடியாக மருந்துக்கு ஓடாதீர்கள். வாழ்க்கை முறையை மாற்றி அமைத்தாலே போதும்.


கொலஸ்ட்ரால் அளவு எவ்வளவு உள்ளது என்பது தெரிந்தால்தான், அதை எவ்வளவு கட்டுப்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்பதைத் திட்டமிட முடியும். எனவே, குறைந்தது ஆறு மாதங்களுக்கு ஒரு முறை ரத்தத்தில் உள்ள கொழுப்பின் அளவை முதலில் பரிசோதிக்க வேண்டும். உடலில் கெட்ட கொழுப்பு அதிகரிப்பதைத் தடுத்து, நல்ல கொழுப்பு அதிகரிக்கச் செய்ய, பரிசோதனை முடிவுகள் உதவும்.
சரியான முறையில் சாப்பிட்டால் 80 சதவீத கொழுப்பை நிச்சயம் குறைக்க முடியும். ஆரோக்கியமான மற்றும் சீரான உணவு முறையை பின்பற்றும் போது இதை நாம் சாதிக்க முடியும். தேவையான அளவு ஊட்டச்சத்துகளை சாப்பிட்டால் கொழுப்பை குறைக்கலாம்.


இடை உணவுகள், துரித உணவுகள் ஆகிய கடைகளில் வாங்கும் உணவுகளை அறவே தவிர்த்தால் தடியான வயிற்றை தட்டையான வயிறாக மாற்ற முடியும். இயற்கையான காய்கறிகள், பழங்கள், வேக வைத்த உணவு வகைகளை தேர்ந்தெடுத்து உண்ணுங்கள்.


தாகம், பசி ஆகியவற்றைப் பற்றி தெளிவாக உணராத சிலர் பசிக்கும் போது நிறைய சர்க்கரை கொண்ட உணவை உண்டு எடையை தங்களை அறியாமலேயே அதிகப்படுத்திக் கொள்கின்றனர் அல்லது கொழுப்புச்சத்து அதிகம் உள்ள உணவை பசியில் விரைந்து உண்கின்றனர். இது தவறு. எப்போதும் ஒரு தண்ணீர் பாட்டிலை கையில் வைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டியது அவசியம். குறைந்தது 6 முதல் 8 தம்ளர் தண்ணீராவது குடிக்க வேண்டும். ஆனால் இது உங்கள் எடை மற்றும் வாழ்க்கை முறையை சார்ந்த விஷயமாக அமைகிறது. இதை கண்டறிந்து உங்களுக்கு தேவையான தண்ணீரின் அளவை கண்டறிந்து அதை தவறாமல் கடைபிடிக்க வேண்டும்.


பொதுவாக நமக்கு கடைகளில் கிடைக்கும் சர்க்கரையை தவிர்ப்பதும், குறைப்பதும் நல்லது. இதை தினமும் நமது உணவில் தவிர்த்தல் சிறந்தது. இதற்கு பதிலாக தேன், பனங்கற்கண்டு, அதிமதுரச்சாறு ஆகியவற்றை பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
அளவுடன் முட்டை சாப்பிடலாம். ஆனால், நெய், வெண்ணெய்
முதலியவற்றை முற்றிலும் தவிர்க்கவும். பெண்கள் தைராய்டு சுரப்பி பரிசோதனை செய்து
கொள்வது அவசியம்.

இளம் பெண்களைவிட வயதான பெண்கள் உடற்பயிற செய்வது,
ஓடுவது ஆகியவற்றில் ஈடுபடுவதால் இவர்களுக்கு எல்.டி.எல். என்ற கெடுதலான கொலஸ்டிரால்
இல்லை. மாறாக, நல்ல கொலஸ்டிராலான ஹெச்.டி.எல். கொலாஸ்டிரால் சரியான அளவில்
இருக்கிறது. இதனால் இதயநோய் அபாயம் இன்றி நலமாக இருக்கிறார்கள். அடிக்கடி கோபம்
ஏற்பட்டால் நல்ல கொலாஸ்டிராலான HDLன் அளவு குறைகிறது.

எனவே, ஆண்களும் பெண்களும் வைட்டமின் E-400 சர்வதேச அலகு சாப்பிடவும். இரத்தக் குழாய்களில் அடைப்பு
ஏற்படாமல் இருக்க டாக்டர் ஆலோசனைப்படி நிபாஸின் மாத்திரையும் சாப்பிடவும், கோபப்படுவதை தவிர்க்கவும்.

கொழுப்பை குறைக்கும் உணவுகள்:

* கொழுப்பை குறைப்பதில் பூண்டுக்கு இணை பூண்டேதான். கொழுப்பில் கொழுப்பு கரையும் என்பது போல பூண்டில் உள்ள கொழுப்பில் நமது உடம்பில் உள்ள கெட்ட கொழுப்பு கரைக்கப்பட்டு நல்ல கொழுப்பு அதிகமாகும்.

* இஞ்சி உடம்பின் கெட்ட கொழுப்பை கரைக்க பயன்படுகிறது. உணவில் அதிகமாக இஞ்சியை சேர்க்க வேண்டும்.

* வெங்காயம், குறிப்பாக சின்ன வெங்காயம்.

* லவங்க மசாலா பட்டை நமது ரத்தத்தில் உள்ள கெட்ட கொழுப்பை குறைப்பதுடன் மொத்த கொழுப்பின் அளவையும்
குறைக்கிறது. சர்க்கரை நோயாளிகளின் சர்க்கரை அளவையும் குறைக்கிறது.

* சிவப்பு அரிசி, கொழுப்பை குறைக்கிறது.

* நிலக் கடலை நன்மை செய்யும் கொழுப்பை அதிகரித்து தீமை செய்யும் கொழுப்பை குறைக்கிறது. உணவில் முக்கியமாக கடலை
எண்ணையை பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

* சாலை மீன் நமது உடம்பின் கொழுப்பை குறைப்பதுடன், நமக்கு தேவையான ஒமேகா 3 யை அதிகளவில் கிடைக்கச் செய்கிறது.

* கருப்பு திராட்சை, கொழுப்புச் சத்தை குறைப்பதுடன் நோய் எதிர்ப்பு சக்தியை அளிக்கிறது. இதய நோய்கள் வருவதையும் தடுக்கிறது.

* கொள்ளு கொழுத்தவனுக்கு கொள்ளு கொடு என்பது நமது பழமொழி. கொள்ளு நமது உடம்பின் மிகை கொழுப்பை சமன்படுத்துகிறது.

* சோயா, கோதுமை போன்ற தாணியங்களும் கொழுப்பை குறைக்கப் பயன்படுகிறது. சோயாபால் தினமும் அருந்தவும்.

இல்லை எனில் மூன்று அல்லது நான்கு தேக்கரண்டி சோயாமாவை, உங்களுக்குத் தயாரிக்கப்படும் உணவில் சேர்த்து பலகாரம்
செய்து சாப்பிடுங்கள். 

தினமும் பத்து டம்ளர் தண்ணீர் அருந்தவும். ஏனெனில் நமது உடலில் உள்ள நச்சுக்கள் அனைத்தும் நீரின் வழியாக வெளியேறும். எனவே உடலுக்கு நீர் பற்றாக்குறை ஏற்படாமல் இருக்குமாறு பார்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.இத்துடன் தனியாவைத் தண்ணீரில் கொதிக்க வைத்து ஆறிய பிறகு வடிகட்டி அருந்தவும். தினமும் மாதுளம்பழம் சாப்பிடுவது மிக மிக நல்லது. 

இது கொலாஸ்டிரால் அதிகரிக்காமல் பார்த்துக் கொள்ளும்.

உப்பை கண்டிப்பாக உணவில் சேர்த்து பயன்படுத்தும் இந்த காலத்தில் சோடியம் உப்பைத் தவிர, பொட்டாசியம் உப்பு, எலுமிச்சை உப்பு, கடல் உப்பு ஆகியவை விற்பனை செய்யப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. இவற்றை வாங்கி மிதமாகப் பயன்படுத்தலாம். மிளகு மற்றும் இதர மூலிகைகளை பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் உப்பு உட்கொள்வதை தவிர்க்க முடியும்.


காலை உணவை தவிர்ப்பது உடல் எடையை குறைக்க உதவும் என்று நிறைய மக்கள் தவறாக நினைப்பதுண்டு. இது உடல் எடையை குறைக்காமல், உடல் வீக்கமடைய காரணமாகிவிடுகிறது. இதனால் வயிறு உப்புசமடைவது அதிகரித்து, பசி அதிகமாவதால் வயிற்றுக் கொழுப்பு மிகவும் அதிகமாகிறது. ஆகவே அவ்வப்போது நாம் சிறிது சிறிதாக உண்ணும் போது நமது உடல் செரிமானத்தை கட்டுப்படுத்தி உடல் எடையை சீராக வைத்திருக்க முடிகிறது. ஆகையால் உணவின் அளவை குறைத்து, உண்ணும் நேரங்களை அதிகப்படுத்தி ஆரோக்கியமாக உடலை உருவாக்கிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.

அதுமட்டுமின்றி இவ்வாறு உடலுக்கு தேவையான நீர் அருந்துவதால் உடலின் வளர்ச்சிதை மாற்றங்களை ஊக்குவிக்கிறது மற்றும் உடலிற்கு புத்துணர்வையும் தருகிறது. ஏனெனில் குளிர்ந்த நீர் அதிக கலோரிகளை எரிக்கிறது.

நட்ஸ், தானியங்கள், காய்கறிகள் மற்றும் பருப்பு வகைகள் இவை அனைத்திலும் நார்ச்சத்து நிறைந்து உள்ளது. இவை அனைத்தையும் அதிகம் எடுத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். இவை சாப்பிடுவதால் பசி உணர்வு ஏற்படாது. ஏனெனில் இவை ஜீரணம் ஆக அதிக நேரம் எடுத்துக் கொள்கிறது.

ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் குறைந்தது அரை மணி நேரமாவது உடலுக்கு உடற்பயிற்சி மிகவும் அவசியம். ஓடுதல், நடனம், நீச்சல் போன்ற உடற்பயிற்சியாக இருக்கலாம் (அ) ஜிம் பயிற்சிகளாக இருக்கலாம். இவ்வாறு சென்று பயிற்சிகளை மேற்கொண்டு இதயத்தின் வேலையை வேகப்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

வயிற்றில் உள்ள கொழுப்பைக் கரைப்பது என்பது மிகவும் கடினமான ஒரு செயல் என்பதை மனதில் கொள்ளுங்கள். எனவே குறிக்கோளைப் பெற தொடர்ந்து ஈடுபாட்டோடு இருக்க வேண்டும்.

உடல் எடை சீராக இருக்க, தூக்கம் மிகவும் அவசியமான ஒன்றாகும். அனைவருக்கும் 6 முதல் 8 மணி நேர உறக்கம் தேவைப்படுகிறது. உறங்காமல் இருப்பதும் உடல் எடையை கூட்டுவதாக உள்ளது. இத்தகைய எளிய வழிகளை பின்பற்றினால் வயிற்றுக் கொழுப்பை மட்டுமல்ல, முழு உடல் எடையையும் குறைத்து ஆரோக்கிய வாழ்வு வாழ முடியும்.

The Role of a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in the Pre-Contract Stage !!

The Light For All is Inside the Holy Quran

 

Holy Quran; the last book of Islam descended on the Last Prophet Muhammad SAWW is the embodiment for each and every Muslim living on earth in every aspect of his life. Holy Quran endeavors light on every doing of a human if you make it a guide book and follow it. if you will take it only as a Book by reading which you will have the virtue, then it will not benefit you in your daily life. To take advantage of it, one should have a firm belief in the fact that the preachings of Prophet Muhammad SAWW are the solutions to our problems and the teachings of the Noble Book are instructions to live our lives peacefully without being hurt.

Islam is not a heritage that was given to Muslims just because they were born in Muslim families. But when it turns from a historical heritage into the preaching of reality then only we can succeed in our lives. Holy Quran’s preachings are not only the heritage and it has been proved in the Holy Book by the Almighty SWT himself by stating small incidents and details of the events that occurred at times before the arrival of Prophet Muhammad SAWW. Like the incident of Prophet Yunus AS being eaten by a whale and was in a dark belly of the whale when he asked for aid by the Almighty and make supplication. Then by the will of Allah, the whale was caught and Prophet Yunus was freed. It is mentioned in the Quran as;

“And thus We do endeavor the believers (who believe in the oneness of Allah Almighty, refrain from evil and work righteousness.)”

The same is the case with the incident of Prophet Musa AS when he was born with a father. A whole Surah, Surah Maryam is there in the Holy Quran which states that how the lady Maryam was chaste and innocent and she was not touched by a male in her whole life. The birth of Prophet Musa AS without a father was purely a miracle and the whole incident has been described in the Sacred Book in detail. Allah Almighty says;

“And We motivated the mother of Moses saying; ‘suckle Moses but when you fear for him, then cast him into the river and not get afraid, nor grieve. Verily! We shall bring him back to you and shall make him one of our Messengers.”

The incident of drowning of Pharaoh and his troop in the river Nile when they were chasing the clan of Prophet Musa is also mentioned in the Holy Book. The examples of Musa and Pharaoh are given even today and that incident has been used as a comparison between evil and good. So Quran give us these stories not only to tell us about the happenings of past but instead they should be taken as an example and should be imitated.

The Holy Book is surely healing for the suffering souls because it provides the comfort that a heart and a soul want. Allah Almighty says;

“Indeed! The Zikr (remembrance) of the Almighty endeavors warmth to the hearts.”

When you don’t want to share your secret with someone else but only with your Lord, then do Zikr as Hazrat Ali RA (the Lion of Allah) said;

“When you want that the Lord talks to you, recite Quran and when you want to talk to your lord, offer your prayer.”

The best way to find the solution to your problems is to recite the Holy Book and search for the solutions provided there. After recitation with a pure heart, one never gets depressed or failed. Allah Almighty says;

“Then whoever follows My Guidance shall neither go awry nor fall into suffering and misery.”

“Allah is the Wali (Protector) of those who believe. He procures them out from darkness into the light but as for those who disbelieve, their Auliya (supporters or Messengers) are Taghut (false entities), they bring them out from light into darkness.”

Quran provides guidance in solving each and every aspect of life. The rules set by the Almighty to live a peaceful life are simple and easy and one can easily fulfill the demands of the Shariah if he follows the guideline given by the sacred Book. The rights of parents, the rights of children, the right of wife or wives, the rights of the husband, the rights of neighbors, peers, and relatives, the rights of being a citizen, the way how one acts if he witness a quarrel, the way how one acts when he saw someone going to divorce, the way one should do Nikah, the way one should get divorced, the way one should treat the non-believers and a lot of the staff needed to continue life is mentioned in the Holy Quran. Allah said about the dispute among the Muslims that;

“And if two parties among the believers fall to dispute, then make peace between them both.”

The preachings of Quran also guide the Muslims about how they are supposed to pursue their sexual lives. It is strictly prohibited in the Shariah to indulge in an illegal sexual relationship with a non- Mehram because such wrongdoings only bring chaos to the society. The issue is a little non- talkative and most of the people feel awkward talking about that. So the true information of what to do and what to not is given by the Holy Quran. Allah Almighty says;

“Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and protect their private parts (do not indulge in illegal sexual acts).”

Not for men but also women are confined to do the things in a way that brings peace to the society in Surah Ehzaab.

“O Prophet (peace be upon him), tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments (shawls). That is more apposite that they will be known and not be battered. And ever is Allah forgiving and Merciful.”

Also;

“And say to the believing women to lower their gazes and sentinel their private parts and that they should not display their gildings except what would ordinarily seem. And that they should draw their cloaks over the bosoms and that they should not display their beauty except to their husbands.”

“And those, who, when they spend are neither profligate nor meagre but hold a medium way between those immoderations.”

These verses in context to our daily lives are surely the path of guidance for us and whoever take the path and light of the Almighty will never be tripped and will never face any problem in his life.

Quran is the book that is guidance for the entire mankind. This book gives us a complete code of life. We can find solution to every problem in this Holy book. It is a light that makes everything bright from your heart to your life.

Inspection and Test Plan Why ?

 

The inspection and test plan article provides you with information about inspections and tests which are used in manufacturing shops, Installation to Commissioning Activities for all fields. Specific information about inspection and test plans for each equipment type.

The working process starts with an agreement between the purchaser and the manufacturer. The manufacturer provides the Proforma Invoice (PI) to the purchaser, which explains the equipment specification and related price.

Then the purchaser issues the Purchase Order (PO), which confirms the proforma invoice. Before the start of manufacturing, the purchaser must provide an equipment inspection and a test plan (ITP) to the manufacturer.

The ITP identifies all inspection points for the purchaser's inspector. Then the manufacturer needs to prepare the project quality control plan based on this inspection and test plan.

The manufacturer notifies the purchaser's inspector in advance to attend the factory for witnessing the inspections and tests.

The communication and coordination channels between the manufacturer, purchaser inspector and purchaser are agreed to in the Pre-inspection meeting (PIM).

Based on international practice, the manufacturer sends a notification to the purchaser, and the purchaser reviews the notification, and after approval sends it to the inspector.

Then the inspector will go to the manufacturer's shop to witness the test or inspection.

The purchaser's inspector will send the inspection visit report to the purchaser.

The Purchaser can assign its own inspector, which is its direct employee or hire a third-party inspection agency to carry out the inspection.

The ITP has a tabular format and the content extracted from the construction code. In each row of the table, there is quality control and inspection requirement and this determines which party is responsible for control and inspection.

There are three parties in the ITP, the Manufacturer, the Third Party Inspector (TPI) and the Client or purchaser. Normally, the table accommodates 3 sections as follows:

• Before Manufacturing
• During Manufacturing
• Final Inspection

The before Manufacturing section consists of the Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM) and review of the quality control documents that need to be approved before start of manufacturing.

There are 3 or 4 important terminologies in the ITP that determines the responsibility of each party. These are:

Hold point(H): Hold on the production till TPI Inspector performs inspection and supervises the required test. In general, attendance to the PIM meeting, raw material inspection and identification, Post Weld Heat Treatment Review, Hydrostatic Test, Performance Test, Run-Out Test and Final Inspection are Hold points. Normally, manufactures shall notify the TPI Inspector 7 working days in advance.

Witness Point (W): The manufacturer shall notify the client and TPI Inspector, but there is no hold on the production. The client can waive this inspection based on its discretion and inform the TPI Inspector.

Spot Witness (SW): for items with spot witness, the manufacturer shall notify the TPI inspector as fulfilling the monitoring. For example one random visit for all of the UT Tests or one or two visits for whole surface preparation work for painting.

Review (R): Review means Review document, which includes the review of quality control records, test reports, etc. When the TPI Inspector makes a visit for a hold or witness point, the inspector can review the related documents.

1) ‘Prepared by’ should be the name, signature and Company’s name for the Vendor’s/Sub Contractor’s representative.

(2) ‘Approved by’ should be the name, signature and Company’s name for the Contractor’s representative.

(3) ‘Location’, ‘Item Name’ and ‘Tag Number’ shall be used if applicable.

(4) ‘Characteristics Verified’ are the parameters checked during the inspection activity.

(5) ‘Reference Document’ is the Project Specification / Code / Standard / Drawing, Procedure etc on the basis of which inspection shall be conducted.

(6) ‘Acceptance Criteria’ is the tolerance, reading, value or outcome derived from reference documents.

(7) “Verifying Document’ is the record generated during inspection & Testing using approved forms/checklists. All forms and checklists shall be attached to the ITP and submitted to the Company during the approval Stage.

(8) “Inspection Responsibility’ is the role of Vendor / Sub Contractor, Contractor and Company for each inspection step. Inspection responsibility shall be ‘I’ for Inspection,

‘R’ for review, ‘A’ for approval, ‘S’ for Surveillance, “W1’ for 100% Witness, ‘W2’ for random witness and ‘H’ for hold. For the explanation of these inspection, responsibilities refer to the ‘definitions’ part of PEI section 4.7.1
