·         All tools shall be kept in approved storage area.
·         Barricade with appropriate signage shall be provided.

·         Task supervisor shall ensure conduct pre assessment and mitigation of the area before start the task.
·         Any work above 1.8 meters elevating platform shall be required to use full body harness with 100% Tie off.   
·         Full body harness and sufficient anchorage point to ensure the 100% tie off at all times. Un-inspected scaffold shall not be used.
·         Personnel shall wear proper appropriate PPE at the task.
·         Appropriate tools shall be used at the task and observe proper positioning.
·         Provision of suitable communication devices to Maintenance  crew such as bravo or radio.

·         Competent supervision must oversee the task at all times.
·         Industrial “A” Type FRP Ladder shall be used for energized Substations. Any work above 1.8 meters elevating platform shall be required to use full body harness with 100% Tie off.   
·         Full body harness and sufficient anchorage point to ensure the 100% tie off at all times. Un-inspected scaffold shall not be used.
·         Appropriate scaffolding in accordance with client standards shall be provided and inspected by approved scaffolding inspector prior to use.
·         Scaffolding tagging shall be strictly implemented.
·         During climbing on ladders makes sure 3 point contact.                                                                               
·         Ladders shall be used with temporary works only .
·         Avoid simultaneous operations on different elevation on the same location
·         Task supervisor shall ensure all tools and equipment are suitable to the task.
·         Warning sign or barricade shall be installed from any energized area, panel and equipment prior from the start of work.
·         Task supervisor shall ensure housekeeping conducted prior and after the task.
·         Materials and tools shall be kept on designated storage area.
·         Temporary lighting shall be provided on the identified low illuminated location.

·         Before start the job the work permit shall be obtained and tools box talk shall be conducted by the supervisors to make sure that the safety message has been delivered to all workers.
·         Before commencing the job, a short meeting shall be held regarding the preparation of work area with Vendor Contractor and Contractor management shall arrange walk-through to identify the hazards that can be exposed while commence the testing activity.
·         Prior to start of HVAC Maintenance works precede all necessary lockout and Tag out procedure by Company.
·         All tools shall be color coded by the competent person and it shall be make sure that the tools are safe for use.
·         All power tools should be 110V and provided with GFCI, Power source shall be inspected by competent person, provided with grounding system and properly earthed.
·         All workers shall wear the hand gloves during cleaning of Air & Water filters.
·         The approved type of hand gloves shall be provided to prevent hand injury.
·         All workers involve in the activity shall wear approved type of dust mask during Air filter Cleaning.
·         The electric & Control cables shall be inspected by the competent A/C Technician to make sure that all cables are in good condition HVAC System..
·         Sufficient lighting shall be provided along the working area.
·         All HVAC equipment shall at all times be in good condition and proper inspection being conducted prior to testing the HVAC equipment.
·         The area safety officer shall monitor the working area during work activities.
·         Vendor, Competent and Qualified Person only shall perform the Maintenance & trouble Shooting and testing tasks.
·         HVAC Supervisor must oversee the task at all times.
·         All workers shall aware about TSA & JSA.
·         Before start the Maintenance, Trouble Shoot & testing of HVAC Equipment job, prior information shall be given to the Company safety.
·         Suitable communication equipment must be provided among testing crew.
·         Safety  clear glass shall be worn by the employees while working inside the A/C Plant Room.
·         Do not touch any existing electrical devices or push buttons.
·          Follow the instructions and suggestions of operation teams.
·         Prior to starting the HVAC Equipment Vendor or Competent person shall ensure that no leakage is found in the refrigerant piping system.
·         If find leak to arrest the leak by Brazing welding.
·         Fire watchman shall be standby with fire extinguisher at all the time during  hot work & until 30 minutes completion of work.

·         Vacuum testing shall be conducted if leakage is found in the refrigerant pipe system.
·         Always check Pressure and Add Refrigerant Gas to the HVAC system through Calibrated Manifold Pressure Gauge.
·         All devices (motorized fire damper, temperature sensors, pressure transmitters and Equipment Start/Stop & Status) from the HVAC Control Panel must be checked by competent person.
·         If replace the AHU or CFU motors of HVAC Equipment shall be conducted and performed for 4 hours at no load condition.
·         All combustible material shall be removed from inside the Control panel and Blower section of Air Handing Unit.
·         Obtained Company Standard must be followed and recorded during testing procedures.
·         HVAC Equipment Cleaning & Dry out filter will be within the HVAC Yards.
·         SSA shall adhered to client emergency response and reporting procedure.

·         If there is damage fan belt, equipment shall be lockout tag out, and continue by replacing by new fan belt.
·         Check the suction and discharge pressure of the refrigerant gas through ACCU pressure gauges. If it less than the range additional charging shall be done to the HVAC system through compound manifold pressure gauge and refrigerant cylinder.
Equipment shall be running to attain the desired pressure.

·         If equipment found not working due to electrical problems like burn out contactors, relays not working, tripping of units and HVAC controls malfunctioning damaged parts shall be replaced by competent person.
